Help Before You Place an Order

You do not need to place an order before asking us a question.

If you are unsure which garment, printing method, quantity, production speed or fulfillment option makes sense, contact UMS Print first.

We can help answer questions involving:

Artwork & Design Support

If you are unsure whether your logo, graphic or artwork is ready for production, send your questions and artwork to support@umsprint.com.

Applicable artwork review may consider:

• resolution and sharpness,
• image dimensions,
• print size,
• placement,
• unwanted backgrounds,
• transparency,
• small lettering,
• thin details,
• and suitability for the selected decoration method.

Whenever possible, send the highest-quality original artwork available. High-resolution transparent graphics and clean vector files are generally more useful than small screenshots or heavily compressed images.

Artwork Approval & Production Timing

Applicable orders may be reviewed before production begins. If additional information or artwork correction is required, UMS Print may contact you before production.

For Rush and Super Rush orders, payment alone does not start the official production timer.

The official Rush or Super Rush production start follows the later of:

1. the applicable production scheduling floor, and
2. actual artwork approval.

The applicable timer begins only after the Artwork Approved customer email has been successfully sent.

DTF, Screen Printing & Embroidery Support

Rush & Time-Sensitive Order Support

If you have a firm deadline, contact UMS Print as early as possible and tell us exactly when you need the apparel.

When contacting us about an urgent project, include:

• required date and time,
• product,
• quantity,
• sizes,
• colors,
• artwork,
• desired print locations,
• and whether you need pickup, local delivery or nationwide shipping.

Qualifying orders may have access to Same-Day Standard, Same Day Rush or Same Day Super Rush production.

For qualifying 1–5 piece orders, Same Day Rush can have an approximately 2-hour production duration and Super Rush can have an approximately 1-hour production duration after the official production start.

Rush eligibility depends on the actual merchandise, color, size, quantity, artwork and production schedule.

Bulk & Business Apparel Support

UMS Print helps businesses and organizations plan custom apparel orders for dozens, hundreds or larger quantities.

Bulk projects can include:

Order Status & Existing Order Support

If you need information about an existing order, include your order number when contacting us.

Depending on the stage of the order, your question may involve:

Please wait until your order is confirmed ready before arriving for pickup unless UMS Print has provided different instructions.

Orange County Local Delivery Support

Eligible completed orders may be available for local courier delivery within Orange County and nearby areas.

UMS Print may use Uber Direct for eligible local deliveries.

Courier transportation begins after production is completed and the order is prepared for fulfillment.

A 1-hour Super Rush production duration does not mean guaranteed 1-hour door-to-door delivery.

Nationwide Shipping & Tracking Support

Eligible UMS Print custom apparel orders can be shipped throughout the United States.

When contacting support about a shipment, include:

• order number,
• customer name,
• shipping address,
• tracking number if available,
• and a description of the issue.

Production time and carrier transit time are separate.

A 1-day or 2-day carrier option generally describes transportation after the custom order has completed production and entered the shipping process.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact UMS Print immediately.

Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after order preparation or production has begun.

Depending on the production stage, it may no longer be possible to change:

• products,
• sizes,
• colors,
• quantities,
• artwork,
• print locations,
• production service,
• or fulfillment method.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Order Support

Please provide:

• order number,
• description of the issue,
• affected item or items,
• quantity affected,
• clear photographs of the product,
• close-up photographs of the decorated area where relevant,
• and packaging photographs when shipping damage is involved.

Keep the affected product and relevant packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

Depending on the confirmed issue, an appropriate remedy may include correction, reprint, replacement, credit, refund of the affected item or another reasonable resolution.

Payment & Account Support

If you experience a checkout, payment or account problem, contact support@umsprint.com.

For your security, do not email passwords, complete credit-card numbers, card security codes or other sensitive payment credentials.
