Direct-to-Film printing, commonly called DTF printing, is an apparel-decoration process in which artwork is printed onto specialty transfer film and then applied to compatible garments using heat and pressure.

Same-Day & Rush DTF Printing in Orange County

Qualifying custom apparel orders may be eligible for Same-Day, Rush or Super Rush production.

Current qualifying Rush merchandise includes specific colors and sizes of:

For qualifying 1–5 piece orders:

Same Day Rush: approximately 2 production hours
Same Day Super Rush: approximately 1 production hour

Payment alone does not start the Rush or Super Rush production timer.

The official production start is based on the later of the applicable production scheduling floor or actual artwork approval.

The applicable timer begins only after the Artwork Approved customer email has been successfully sent.

Rush production time is counted during applicable production periods:

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding recognized U.S. federal holidays and applicable closures.

The current Same Day Rush scheduling boundary is 3:00 PM Pacific Time. The current Super Rush scheduling boundary is 4:00 PM Pacific Time.

These are scheduling boundaries, not general ordering shutdown times. Qualifying merchandise may still be ordered online after those times.
