Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Welcome to UMS Print. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules, responsibilities, limitations and legal terms that apply when you visit UMSPrint.com, create an account, request information or pricing, upload artwork, use our design tools, place an order, make payment, approve artwork, purchase products, select a production service, pick up an order, request local delivery or use nationwide shipping.
By using this website, submitting artwork, creating or approving a design, placing an order, making payment, selecting a production or fulfillment service, picking up an order, accepting delivery or receiving products from UMS Print, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the additional policies incorporated by reference below.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, do not use the website or place an order.
Important: Custom printed, embroidered, transferred or otherwise decorated products are produced specifically for each customer. They generally cannot be restocked, reused or resold in the same way as standard retail merchandise.
Customers should carefully review products, sizes, colors, quantities, artwork, spelling, placement, production speed, pickup or delivery method and shipping information before submitting an order.
1. Business Identity and Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
- “UMS Print,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to UMS Print, including its authorized employees, contractors and service providers where applicable.
- “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to any individual, company, organization, school, team, church, nonprofit, governmental entity or other party using the website or purchasing services.
- “Website” means UMSPrint.com and related product pages, checkout pages, account pages, online design tools, forms and services operated by UMS Print.
- “Services” includes custom apparel printing, DTF printing, screen printing, embroidery, artwork review, design assistance, production, packing, local pickup, delivery, shipping and related services.
- “Products” includes blank and decorated merchandise offered through UMS Print, such as T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeves, polos, hats, workwear, employee uniforms, safety vests, business apparel and other products offered through the website or by written agreement.

2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using UMSPrint.com or placing an order, you agree that these Terms apply to your use of the website and purchase of products or services.
Additional policies may also apply, including:
- Privacy Policy
- Shipping Policy
- Refund and Returns Policy
- checkout notices
- product-specific terms
- artwork instructions
- written quotes or invoices
- order-specific written agreements
If you place an order for a business, school, church, organization, team, agency or other entity, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity.
3. Customer Accounts
Some features may allow or require an account. You agree to provide accurate and current account information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account, including orders, saved designs, approvals, shipping addresses and payment activity.
Contact UMS Print promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
UMS Print may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts associated with suspected fraud, abusive conduct, chargeback abuse, prohibited content, intellectual-property violations, unauthorized access or other violations of these Terms.
4. Custom Apparel Orders
Custom orders are produced according to the selections and information submitted or approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for confirming:
- product and garment style,
- brand where applicable,
- color,
- size,
- quantity,
- artwork,
- spelling and grammar,
- print locations,
- placement,
- production speed,
- pickup, delivery or shipping method,
- shipping address,
- and other submitted order details.
UMS Print may begin preparation quickly after an order is paid and approved. Changes may no longer be possible after garments are ordered or pulled, artwork is prepared, transfers are produced, embroidery is digitized, screens are prepared or production begins.
UMS Print may contact you if clarification, updated artwork, approval, payment, substitution or additional information is required. Customer response delays may affect production and fulfillment timing.
5. Pricing, Quotes and Online Calculations
Prices may depend on garment, variation, quantity, artwork, print locations, decoration method, production service, shipping method and other order-specific factors.
Online prices, estimates, shipping rates, promotions and quote information may change until an order is paid and accepted.
UMS Print may correct obvious technical, pricing, tax, shipping or product errors. If a material error affects an order before production, UMS Print may request approval of a corrected price or cancel and refund the affected order.
Bulk and Quantity Pricing
Applicable customized apparel may use quantity-based printing calculations. Different sizes, colors, products, variations or designs do not necessarily create separate global printing-quantity tiers.
Garment base prices and print configurations can still differ between individual items.
The current live transactional source for bulk products and pricing is: UMS Print Bulk Pricing.
6. Standard Production Discounts
UMS Print currently provides applicable automatic merchandise discounts when a qualifying customer chooses Standard production.
| Qualifying Paid Quantity | Current Standard Merchandise Discount |
|---|---|
| 1–30 paid pieces | 10% OFF |
| 31–50 paid pieces | 12% OFF |
| 51+ paid pieces | 15% OFF |
These discounts apply to applicable Standard production and Standard Shipping merchandise calculations. They do not automatically apply to Rush or Super Rush production.
Complimentary reward products are excluded from the paid quantity used to determine the Standard discount.
UMS Print may modify or discontinue discounts or promotions prospectively. Current checkout pricing controls the actual transaction.
7. Complimentary Custom T-Shirt Rewards
UMS Print currently offers complimentary custom T-shirt rewards for qualifying paid customized-apparel quantities:
| Qualifying Paid Customized Apparel | Current Reward |
|---|---|
| 0–24 pieces | No complimentary reward shirt |
| 25–50 pieces | 1 complimentary custom T-shirt |
| 51+ pieces | Up to 2 complimentary custom T-shirts |
Reward products are subject to current product, size, color and print-location restrictions shown during ordering.
Complimentary reward products:
- have a merchandise price of $0.00,
- do not count as additional paid quantity,
- do not generate additional rewards,
- do not increase Rush or Super Rush paid quantity,
- and do not increase applicable Rush or Super Rush fee calculations.
Reward availability may be modified prospectively. Current checkout controls eligibility for the actual transaction.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is generally required before production unless UMS Print expressly approves different written terms.
Payment alone does not mean that Rush or Super Rush production timing has started.
UMS Print may pause or cancel an order if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, flagged for fraud review or otherwise not completed.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, production-service charges and other amounts displayed or agreed to before purchase.
9. Artwork, Logos and Customer Content
Customers are responsible for artwork, logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials, photographs, names, text and other content submitted for printing.
By submitting content, you represent that you own it or have sufficient authorization to use and reproduce it.
You agree not to submit content that violates another party's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other legal rights.
UMS Print is not required to independently verify ownership of every submitted logo, image or design.
10. License to Produce Customer Content
By submitting artwork or Customer Content, you grant UMS Print a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, resize, convert, digitize, prepare, print, embroider, transfer, store and otherwise process the content as reasonably necessary to:
- produce the order,
- provide customer support,
- support approved reorders,
- maintain production records,
- resolve disputes,
- and comply with legal or accounting obligations.
This production license does not transfer ownership of customer intellectual property to UMS Print.
11. Prohibited Content
UMS Print may decline, pause or cancel artwork or orders that create legal, safety, intellectual-property, reputational or operational concerns.
Examples include content that:
- is unlawful,
- infringes intellectual-property rights,
- uses counterfeit or unauthorized branding,
- contains threats or unlawful harassment,
- promotes terrorism or violent criminal conduct,
- contains illegal exploitative sexual content,
- contains child sexual exploitation material,
- contains fraud or identity theft material,
- contains unlawfully disclosed sensitive personal information,
- or creates a material legal or production risk.
UMS Print may request proof of authorization for copyrighted or trademarked content.
12. Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content associated with an order infringes your rights, contact: support@umsprint.com.
A notice should identify the claimant, the protected work or mark, the content at issue, the basis for the claim and sufficient contact information.
UMS Print may pause, remove, reject or cancel allegedly infringing content or orders while reviewing a claim.
13. Artwork Review, Proofs and Approval
UMS Print may review artwork for issues such as print readiness, resolution, placement, sizing, transparency, unwanted backgrounds, small details or other production concerns.
Artwork review is intended to reduce obvious production problems but does not guarantee that every customer-provided error will be identified.
Customers remain responsible for confirming:
- spelling,
- names,
- dates,
- phone numbers,
- logos,
- product selections,
- sizes,
- colors,
- quantities,
- and the legal right to use submitted content.
Proofs and mockups are visual approximations and may not perfectly reproduce garment texture, physical dimensions, screen color or final decoration appearance.
14. Artwork Quality and File Requirements
Final print quality depends heavily on the submitted source artwork.
Low-resolution screenshots, compressed files, blurry images, tiny lettering, thin details, unsuitable transparency or other artwork limitations may affect the final result.
UMS Print may make reasonable production-preparation adjustments such as resizing, centering, format conversion, background cleanup, vector preparation or embroidery digitization.
Customers should submit the highest-quality artwork available.
15. Production Methods
UMS Print may use different production methods depending on the garment, quantity, artwork and project requirements.
Methods may include:
- Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing,
- screen printing,
- embroidery,
- heat-transfer methods,
- and other applicable commercial decoration processes.
Different processes can produce different texture, color, feel, detail and durability characteristics.
Unless a specific decoration method is expressly agreed to, UMS Print may select the production method reasonably appropriate for the order.
16. Production Services and Turnaround
Depending on the order and current checkout availability, UMS Print may offer:
- Standard Pickup,
- Same Day Standard Pickup,
- Same Day Rush Pickup,
- Same Day Super Rush Pickup,
- Standard Shipping,
- and Rush Shipping.
Production schedules depend on service, quantity, merchandise eligibility, artwork approval and applicable production-day timing.
Current detailed production rules are available at: Rush T-Shirt Printing and Pickup, Delivery & Shipping.
17. Rush and Super Rush Scheduling
Rush and Super Rush are available only for qualifying merchandise.
When qualifying merchandise is available, Rush and Super Rush may remain orderable online outside normal production hours, including after same-day scheduling boundaries.
The current scheduling boundaries are:
- Same Day Rush: 3:00 PM Pacific Time
- Same Day Super Rush: 4:00 PM Pacific Time
These are scheduling boundaries, not general ordering shutdown times.
An eligible order placed after the applicable same-day scheduling boundary may still be accepted, but its conservative production floor moves to the next valid production day according to the current scheduling rules.
18. Official Rush and Super Rush Production Start
Payment alone does not start the Rush or Super Rush production timer.
The official production start is the later of:
- the applicable production scheduling floor, and
- the actual artwork-approval time.
The Rush or Super Rush production timer begins only after the applicable Artwork Approved customer email has been successfully sent.
If artwork approval occurs after the eligible production floor, the later approval time controls.
If artwork is approved before the production floor, production time does not begin before the applicable production opening.
19. Rush Production Hours
Rush and Super Rush production time is counted during the applicable UMS Print production calendar:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding recognized U.S. federal holidays and other applicable closures.
Closed hours, weekends and excluded holidays do not consume promised Rush or Super Rush production minutes.
If production time extends beyond the close of a valid production day, remaining production time continues during the next valid production period.
UMS Print may complete orders earlier than conservative production targets.
20. Current Rush Quantity Targets
Current Rush production targets for qualifying paid merchandise are:
| Paid Quantity | Same Day Rush | Same Day Super Rush |
|---|---|---|
| 1–5 | Approximately 2 production hours | Approximately 1 production hour |
| 6–10 | Approximately 4 production hours | Approximately 2 production hours |
| 11–20 | Approximately 6 production hours | Approximately 3 production hours |
| 21–30 | Approximately 8 production hours | Approximately 4 production hours |
| 31–40 | Approximately 10 production hours | Approximately 5 production hours |
| Each additional block of up to 10 | Approximately +2 production hours | Approximately +1 production hour |
Current checkout and the published Rush page control if system rules are updated after the date of these Terms.
21. Rush Merchandise Eligibility
Rush and Super Rush availability is limited to approved merchandise, variations, colors and sizes.
Every normal paid item in the cart must meet the applicable Rush eligibility requirements for Rush or Super Rush to remain available.
One non-qualifying paid item may make Rush and Super Rush unavailable for the cart.
Complimentary reward items are excluded from paid Rush quantity and do not by themselves disqualify an otherwise eligible order.
The current authoritative eligibility rules are displayed during checkout and on the Rush Printing page.
22. Rush and Super Rush Service Charges
Rush and Super Rush are accelerated production services and may include an additional production charge displayed at checkout.
The actual customer-facing dollar amount displayed during checkout controls the transaction.
UMS Print is not required to display an internal percentage calculation used by the system.
Rush and Super Rush charges may become non-refundable after accelerated processing or production has begun, subject to applicable law and the Refund and Returns Policy.
23. Standard Shipping and Rush Shipping
UMS Print offers eligible Standard Shipping and Rush Shipping options.
Standard Shipping uses the applicable Standard production schedule before carrier transportation.
Rush Shipping uses the qualifying Same Day Rush production logic before carrier transportation.
Rush Shipping may use:
- approved Rush merchandise restrictions,
- Rush quantity-based production timing,
- artwork-approval timing,
- business-hour calculations,
- and the 3:00 PM Pacific Rush scheduling boundary.
Carrier transit occurs separately after production.
24. Production Time vs. Carrier Transit
Production time and carrier transit time are separate.
A carrier service described as “1-day,” “2-day,” “next-day,” “overnight” or similar generally describes carrier transportation after production and shipment preparation.
It does not automatically mean the entire custom order will be produced and delivered within that carrier-transit period.
A time-sensitive shipped order may require both:
- an appropriately fast UMS Print production service, and
- an appropriately fast carrier service.
25. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for eligible orders from:
UMS Print
8211 Orangethorpe Ave
Buena Park, CA 90621
Customers should wait until the order is confirmed ready before arriving for pickup.
A person collecting an order on behalf of the customer may be treated as the customer's authorized representative.
26. Orange County Local Delivery and Uber Direct
Eligible completed orders may use local delivery where available.
UMS Print may use Uber Direct or another third-party courier for eligible local deliveries.
Local courier transportation begins after the order has been produced and prepared for fulfillment.
A 1-hour or 2-hour production duration does not automatically mean 1-hour or 2-hour door-to-door delivery.
Courier availability, travel time, traffic, destination and delivery conditions are separate from production timing.
27. Nationwide Shipping
UMS Print offers nationwide U.S. shipping for eligible orders where a shipping service is available during checkout.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate:
- recipient names,
- street addresses,
- apartment or suite numbers,
- business names,
- telephone numbers,
- and other delivery information.
Returned packages, failed deliveries or reshipments caused by customer address errors may result in additional charges.
28. Third-Party Carriers and Couriers
UMS Print is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by third-party carriers or couriers after an order has been properly transferred to them, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Possible carrier or courier events include:
- weather delays,
- traffic,
- network disruptions,
- failed delivery attempts,
- incorrect customer addresses,
- carrier operational delays,
- or package theft after confirmed delivery.
29. Free Shipping Offers
Free Standard Shipping may be offered on qualifying U.S. orders when displayed at checkout.
Do not assume that every order qualifies for free shipping.
The actual checkout options and charges control.
Free shipping affects carrier charges and does not automatically accelerate production.
30. Product Availability and Substitutions
Products, brands, sizes, colors and blank merchandise availability may change due to supplier inventory or manufacturing conditions.
If a product becomes unavailable, UMS Print may contact the customer to approve an alternative.
UMS Print will not intentionally substitute materially different merchandise without appropriate customer authorization where such authorization is reasonably required.
Substitute garments may differ in brand, shade, fit, fabric composition, weight, label, texture or sizing.
31. Cancellations and Order Changes
Because custom orders may enter preparation or production quickly, cancellation and change requests are not guaranteed.
Contact UMS Print immediately if you need to change or cancel an order:
support@umsprint.com
714-523-8515
If costs have already been incurred, an approved cancellation may be reduced by applicable non-recoverable costs where permitted by law.
Once production begins, customized products generally cannot be canceled or changed.
32. Returns, Refunds and Reprints
Custom products are made specifically for the customer and generally are not eligible for ordinary retail returns or exchanges.
If you believe UMS Print caused a production error, contact UMS Print within five calendar days of pickup or delivery.
Include:
- order number,
- description of the issue,
- quantity affected,
- clear photographs,
- and other relevant information.
Customer-approved errors generally do not qualify for a free reprint or refund, including:
- incorrect spelling,
- wrong customer-supplied artwork,
- incorrect names or dates,
- wrong size selection,
- wrong product selection,
- wrong color,
- incorrect quantity,
- wrong print location,
- low-resolution artwork,
- or incorrect shipping information.
For complete terms, see the Refund and Returns Policy.
33. Normal Production Variation
Custom apparel production involves reasonable manufacturing and decoration variation.
Minor variation may occur in:
- color,
- placement,
- size,
- texture,
- alignment,
- garment shade,
- thread appearance,
- print feel,
- or other physical characteristics.
Digital screens, monitors and mockups cannot perfectly represent all physical product colors and materials.
Exact Pantone, thread or ink matching is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing before production.
34. Garment Sizing
Sizing may vary by brand, style, material, manufacturing tolerance and fit.
Customers are responsible for reviewing available size information before ordering.
UMS Print is not responsible for a customer choosing the wrong size or fit when the ordered merchandise matches the customer's selection.
35. Care of Decorated Apparel
Customers are responsible for following reasonable care instructions applicable to the garment and decoration method.
Unless otherwise instructed, customers should consider:
- washing decorated apparel inside out,
- using cold or moderate water temperatures,
- avoiding bleach and harsh chemicals,
- avoiding excessive heat,
- and avoiding direct ironing over decorated areas.
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, chemicals, abrasion or misuse generally does not qualify as a production defect.
36. Customer Pickup and Order Acceptance
Customers should inspect pickup orders when reasonably possible.
By taking possession of an order, or authorizing another person to collect it, the customer acknowledges receipt.
Any suspected production issue should be reported promptly and within the applicable five-calendar-day review period established by the Refund and Returns Policy.
37. Third-Party Services
UMS Print may use third-party providers for:
- payments,
- hosting,
- website services,
- design tools,
- email,
- analytics,
- fraud prevention,
- blank-product supply,
- carrier shipping,
- and local delivery.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
38. Website Use and Security
You may not misuse UMSPrint.com or related systems.
Prohibited conduct includes attempting to:
- gain unauthorized access,
- bypass security measures,
- introduce malicious software,
- overload or disrupt systems,
- submit fraudulent transactions,
- use stolen payment credentials,
- abuse promotions,
- impersonate others,
- or use the site unlawfully.
UMS Print may block or restrict access reasonably believed to threaten security, customers or business operations.
39. UMS Print Website Content
Text, graphics, logos, layout, original photography, original designs, software and other website materials may be owned by UMS Print or licensed from third parties.
Nothing in these Terms gives users a general right to copy, reproduce, sell or commercially exploit UMS Print website materials without authorization.
40. Product Images and Descriptions
Product photographs, mockups, previews and descriptions are provided for reference.
Actual products can vary in:
- shade,
- texture,
- fit,
- fabric,
- label,
- stitching,
- manufacturing details,
- or decoration appearance.
UMS Print may correct inaccurate product or website information when identified.
41. Portfolio and Marketing Use
UMS Print may photograph completed products or production work for internal quality-control and recordkeeping purposes.
Unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before production, UMS Print may also use non-confidential finished-product images for portfolio, website or social-media purposes where legally permitted.
If your order contains confidential, unreleased, sensitive or restricted material, notify UMS Print in writing before production and request that it not be used publicly.
42. Confidential Business Orders
Businesses may submit confidential artwork, product-launch materials, employee-uniform designs or other sensitive information.
If material requires confidential handling, notify UMS Print in writing before submission or production.
A formal nondisclosure agreement applies only if separately signed by an authorized representative of UMS Print before the confidential material is supplied.
43. Communications
By placing an order or contacting UMS Print, you authorize reasonable transactional communications related to:
- your inquiry,
- quote,
- account,
- artwork,
- approval,
- payment,
- production,
- pickup,
- delivery,
- shipping,
- refund,
- or customer-support matter.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring order-related communications.
44. Reviews and Feedback
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial or feedback, you represent that it reflects your genuine experience.
Where permitted by law, you grant UMS Print permission to display or reproduce submitted public feedback for business and marketing purposes.
UMS Print may decline to publish unlawful, fraudulent, spam, abusive or irrelevant submissions.
45. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UMS Print and its officers, employees, contractors and authorized service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive damages arising from use of the website or an order, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount actually paid to UMS Print for the affected order or affected item giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply in every situation.
46. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless UMS Print and its officers, employees, contractors and authorized service providers from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from:
- Customer Content you submit,
- your infringement of third-party intellectual-property rights,
- fraudulent or unlawful use of the website,
- your violation of these Terms,
- or materially false information you provide in connection with an order.
47. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for express written commitments made by UMS Print and rights that cannot legally be waived, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
UMS Print does not guarantee that:
- every product will always remain in stock,
- every production speed will always be available,
- every shipping method will be offered to every destination,
- the website will operate without interruption,
- or every third-party service will remain available at all times.
48. Force Majeure and Events Outside Reasonable Control
UMS Print is not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Examples may include:
- natural disasters,
- severe weather,
- fire, flood or earthquake,
- government actions,
- civil emergency,
- war or terrorism,
- labor disruption,
- supply-chain interruption,
- carrier or courier failure,
- major utility failure,
- power or Internet outages,
- equipment failure,
- software or payment-provider outages,
- or similar circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where appropriate, UMS Print may provide a revised timeline, alternative, cancellation, store credit, refund or another reasonable remedy.
49. Disputes and Customer Resolution
If you experience a problem with an order, please contact UMS Print promptly so we can review the issue.
Customers should provide sufficient information such as:
- order number,
- photographs,
- description of the problem,
- and relevant communications.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
50. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from the website, services or orders will be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in or serving Orange County, California, unless applicable law requires another venue.
51. Changes to These Terms
UMS Print may update these Terms prospectively from time to time.
The current revision date will appear at the top of the page.
Terms applicable to a completed transaction will not be retroactively changed to remove customer rights that existed when the transaction occurred where prohibited by law.
52. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
53. No Waiver
Failure by UMS Print to enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce that provision later.
54. Assignment
Customers may not transfer contractual rights or obligations under an order without written consent where such consent is reasonably required.
UMS Print may assign rights or obligations in connection with a merger, sale, restructuring or transfer of the UMS Print business, subject to applicable law.
55. Entire Agreement and Order-Specific Terms
These Terms, together with applicable UMS Print policies, checkout notices, accepted quotes, invoices and written order-specific agreements, form the agreement governing the customer's use of UMS Print services.
If a separately signed written agreement expressly conflicts with these general Terms for a specific order, the signed order-specific agreement controls for that order to the extent of the conflict.
56. Order-Specific Source of Truth
Because product availability, pricing, discounts, production speeds and shipping options can change, the following order applies when information conflicts:
- current order-specific checkout information,
- customer-approved product and artwork selections,
- written UMS Print communication regarding the specific order,
- current applicable UMS Print policy or service page,
- general website information.
An older cached webpage or third-party listing does not override current order-specific checkout information.
57. Contact UMS Print
If you have any questions, concerns, artwork questions, pricing questions, order issues, Rush questions, pickup questions, delivery requests or shipping questions, please contact UMS Print.
